Which areas do you deliver to?
We accept orders across all seven UAE emirates. Checkout shows same-day or next-day availability for your emirate, and TacoBox confirms the final timing with you on WhatsApp.
How far in advance should I order?
Ordering early gives us the best chance to prepare your preferred boxes and delivery slot. Checkout shows the available delivery window, and TacoBox confirms the exact timing on WhatsApp.
How many people does each box serve?
Serving sizes vary by product and box option. You will find the serving or quantity information on each menu card before adding it to your order.
How do I pay?
Choose Pay with Ziina at checkout, then send the prepared order message on WhatsApp. TacoBox replies with your secure Ziina link, and your order stays Pending until the restaurant confirms payment.
Do the boxes arrive fresh — how is the food packaged?
Every order is prepared fresh and packed carefully in insulated TacoBox packaging to help protect its quality on the way to your gathering.
Can I customize flavors, sauces, and box contents?
Yes — choose from the options shown on each menu item. For a special request that is not listed, discuss it with TacoBox on WhatsApp before payment.
How do I track my order?
Your confirmation includes a private tracking link. Orders placed from the same browser also appear under My Orders, where you can refresh the status or reorder a past selection.
